This Women’s Trauma group will be a safe place to address unresolved childhood and adult trauma for women
who are seeking healing and freedom from lingering emotional and behavioral struggles. We will explore the roots of trauma that oftendrive self-defeating behaviors such as:
- Addictions
- Codependency
- Mood; Anxiety Disorders
- Other Relationship Issues
As a member of the group, you will be given the space to process the impact your childhood and adult experiences have had on your self-esteem, boundary system, level of dependency, and ability to practice moderation in all areas of your life. With the support and guidance offered in a gender-specific group you will begin to establish balance between your feelings, values, and actions, and develop the skills needed to improve your relationships.
